By visiting and placing an order on our site you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or over. It is a criminal offense to attempt to purchase alcohol under the age of 18 years with accordance of the Licensing Act 2003.

We use a signed for delivery service for all our deliveries so parcels cannot be left due to comply with alcohol laws. The recipient may be asked for photographic id if deemed to appear under 21 years of age. 

Shopify:

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. You can view their privacy policies here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms.

Cookies are used to improve customer service and make the site more user friendly.

Payments:

All direct payments and transactions are are in compliance with the PCI DSS standards who work with organizations such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a security standard for organizations that handle credit and debit card information. The standard was created to increase controls around payment data to reduce fraud.

Orders:

We aim for all our orders to be dispatched within 2 days. You should receive your order within 1-3 working days of payment. There is a great strain on the delivery service in the current times so any delays will be updated to keep our customers aware. 

If in times of high demand and we are unable to fulfill the whole of your order for any reason and have to replace some items - the items will be swapped and you will be notified via contact email address provided on your order about the unfulfillment. We will always replace items of similar value/size/type. If there’s more than 3 items that we can’t fulfil with your order, we reserve the right to hold off on your order and contact you for further instructions how you would like to proceed.

Missed/Failed Delivery:

If you've missed your delivery the courier service will try again to deliver the following day, after the second delivery attempt your order will be returned to our warehouse and you'll have to rearrange a delivery date with us and will be charged for the redelivery cost. 

We cannot accept failed delivery for you order so make sure your address details and telephone number are correct when placing your order and include any additional information regarding the delivery address for the courier.

Returns and refunds:

We only issue returns and refunds in the unlikely event your order has been picked wrong or there has been a breakage whistle in transit, if this is the case please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order. We will do are upmost best to resolve the problem and offer a like for like replacement when possible.

If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order from the courier service, your order will then be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact us at jimmy@blessedbrews.co.uk and we will either resend a replacement order, or issue a full refund or offer a gift card for  the original order amount to spend on our website.

 Gift Vouchers/Cards:

We offer virtual gift cards that can be redeemed on anything purchased on our website with amounts ranging from £10, £20, £30, £40, £50 and £100. Please note gift cards expire after 12 months from purchase and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
