Shipping policy

Free Delivery on all orders over £60.00.

Free Local Deliver for order over £20.00

This will be applied at checkout if you fall within our delivery area, post codes that comply for free deliver are: CO4, CO6, CO8, CO9, CO10, CB9,CM7, IP7, IP29, IP30, IP32, IP33.

Delivery Rates

We use a signed for courier delivery service with a competitive standard rate of £5.99 for all UK mainland orders under £60.00 and free delivery on all orders over.

We can deliver to the Scottish Highlands for a delivery charge of £12.00 on orders under £60.00 and free delivery on all orders over.

We use a signed for delivery service for all our deliveries so parcels cannot be left due to comply with alcohol laws. The recipient may be asked for photographic id if deemed to appear under 21 years of age. 

We currently don't ship to any other countries but this will hopefully change in the very near future so keep a look out, any questions don't hesitate to contact us.

Tracking you order 

An email will be sent with tracking number and courier once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Order dispatch/delivery

All orders will be dispatched within 2 days. You should receive your order within 1-3 working days of payment. There is a great strain on the delivery service in the current times so any delays will be updated to keep our customers aware.

Missed/Failed Delivery

If you've missed your delivery the courier service will try again to deliver the following day after the second delivery attempt your order will be returned to our warehouse and you'll have to rearrange a delivery date with us and will be charged for the redelivery cost. 

We cannot accept failed delivery for you order so make sure your address details and telephone number are correct when placing your order and include any additional information regarding the delivery address for the courier.
