Returns and refunds

We only issue returns and refunds in the unlikely event your order has been picked wrong or there has been a breakage whistle in transit, if this is the case please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order. We will do are upmost best to resolve the problem and offer a like for like replacement when possible.

If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order from the courier service, your order will then be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact us at jimmy@blessedbrews.co.uk and we will either resend a replacement order, or issue a full refund or offer a gift card for  the original order amount to spend on our website.
